Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alarm Rotation mobile application ("the App"), provided by Tuxedo Cat Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Use of the App

Alarm Rotation helps you schedule and manage alarms, with optional premium features such as the AI Audio Briefing subscription. The App is supported in part by advertising and in-app purchases. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

Permissions

The App requests certain device permissions (such as notifications, exact alarm scheduling, and battery optimization exemptions) so that alarms fire reliably. You can review and manage these permissions in your device settings at any time. Declining a permission may affect the App's ability to function as intended.

Subscriptions & Billing

The AI Audio Briefing subscription is billed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App integrates with third-party services — including Google Cloud & Firebase, Google Generative AI, Open-Meteo, Weatherai.io, and Google AdMob — to provide features like AI briefings, weather updates, and advertising. Your use of these features is also subject to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that alarms will always fire at the exact scheduled time, as this can be affected by your device's operating system, battery settings, or manufacturer-specific restrictions outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuxedo Cat Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including missed alarms or reminders.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.
